Breathing polluted air may cause kidney disease

It is already known that air pollution is linked to other diseases like heart disease, asthma, etc. and kidney disease was recently added to the list. You would think after connecting this many diseases linked to air pollution that the human population would try to keep from polluting the air much more. I personally do not know of many ways that we as a population have tried to keep from causing more pollution other than the new electric car that don't need gas. Now that we are connecting more and more bad consequences to pollution we should be trying to stop from polluting the earth so much.

    I agree there are way to many things polluting the air but many people just try to ignore it, which is defiantly not the answer. There are ways to limit the pollution but too many people just thinks it's not a big deal and don't care.

Acid Zone in Chesapeake Bay Found

     According to the University of Delaware, the Chesapeake Bay is becoming acidic as it has gone to 7.4 pH from an average of 8.2. The oxidation of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide may be the factor that is leading to the higher acidity levels in coastal oceans, but it can eventually lead to more of open oceans. Naturally the waters of the Chesapeake Bay have a regulatory system that holds back the increase of acidity levels in the area, and this works as the dissolving of living shells, non-living aragonite, and calcite minerals.
