Pollution blocking Sunlight for Renewable Energy

       Pollution is a big problem in the world. From making the environment dirtier to now blocking sunlight and stopping renewable energy. In China dust and sky-darkening air pollutants slash solar energy production by 17 to 25 percent across parts of India, China and other countries. Haze is another factor of blocking sunlight. This is bad because China generates most of the solar energy than any other country and if that power source is cut out then its in big trouble. Also if they don't get rid of this soon then the people will suffer because of the pollution and get health problems. In conclusion, if they don't fix this then the people will suffer from electrical problems and health problems.

    I agree that it is important to have the pollution production to stop because of its effects of blocking sunlight. If sunlight continues to be blocked, we would lose power from solar energy, and I believe we shouldn't burn fossil fuels for energy to make pollution. Overall, we could transfer to solar energy to stop the big amount of pollution.

Acid Zone in Chesapeake Bay Found

     According to the University of Delaware, the Chesapeake Bay is becoming acidic as it has gone to 7.4 pH from an average of 8.2. The oxidation of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide may be the factor that is leading to the higher acidity levels in coastal oceans, but it can eventually lead to more of open oceans. Naturally the waters of the Chesapeake Bay have a regulatory system that holds back the increase of acidity levels in the area, and this works as the dissolving of living shells, non-living aragonite, and calcite minerals.
