DNA has proved that wild horses no longer exsist in the world. The only horse breed that was known to still exsist for many years was the Przewalski Horse. When researchers tested these horses DNA along with the bones of the ancient horses they found out that the Przewalski horse was in fact not a wild horse. This means that the land around the beaches will nott be a fertalized but will be able to grow to taller heights because wild horses will no longer be eating them. This will also cause the oceans to be less pollute dbut not enough to make a huge difference since there are so many horses and other animals being taken on the beach.

    I think this article is very interesting because when the horse bones were tested they then found out the horse wasn't in fact wild. It is also beneficial to our beaches because they aren't as heavily polluted.

Acid Zone in Chesapeake Bay Found

     According to the University of Delaware, the Chesapeake Bay is becoming acidic as it has gone to 7.4 pH from an average of 8.2. The oxidation of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide may be the factor that is leading to the higher acidity levels in coastal oceans, but it can eventually lead to more of open oceans. Naturally the waters of the Chesapeake Bay have a regulatory system that holds back the increase of acidity levels in the area, and this works as the dissolving of living shells, non-living aragonite, and calcite minerals.
