Cape Town drought declared a 'natural disaster'

The government of South Africa declared the three year drought that the nine South African provinces have been facing, as a 'natural disaster'. However, the date of day zero was pushed back from early April to June 4th. Day Zero is the day that starts the severe conservation of water within the nine provinces. When Day Zero comes, South African citizens are going to be required to use less than 50 liters of water a day (13 US gallons).

  1. This drought is a serious issue. And for it to be known as a natural disaster means that someone has to help them out through these tough times till they can figure out a way to live with this.
