Naked mole rats eat the poop of their queen for parenting cues

The queen in the naked mole rat colony is the only female who is able to reproduce. Her pregnancy poop is then consumed by other female naked mole rats, which gives them parenting cues and the ability to care for the queen's offspring.

This is interesting because it is such an unusual concept. The naked mole rats are an unusual species to begin with, but it is interesting that only one female (the queen) can reproduce because the other lower females do not even develop ovaries. It is interesting that they are not becoming extinct for the lack of reproduction that occurs in this species.
