Measles spread through the Philippians

It is said in the article that in the Philippians that 261 people had died from measles this year. That is a 547% increase from before . There are about 2.4 million kids in a lot of danger because of this.

    As the world continues to change over the next few decades it is one of my greatest fears that the diseases and viruses locked up for so long deep in the rain-forests and poles will be released into a world with over 7 billion different choices or target only for us to have no defense against these ancient killers.

    This is a problem because we have vaccinations to prevent it and we could stop the spread of it. If we went and spread the vaccinations to the people and stop it from killing so many people

Acid Zone in Chesapeake Bay Found

     According to the University of Delaware, the Chesapeake Bay is becoming acidic as it has gone to 7.4 pH from an average of 8.2. The oxidation of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide may be the factor that is leading to the higher acidity levels in coastal oceans, but it can eventually lead to more of open oceans. Naturally the waters of the Chesapeake Bay have a regulatory system that holds back the increase of acidity levels in the area, and this works as the dissolving of living shells, non-living aragonite, and calcite minerals.
