Treating mosquitoes may be a new way to fight malaria

In this article some say the fight to malaria may be treating the mosquitoes of parasites first. They tested this with a female mosquitoes that land on a drug-coated glass surface and are exposed to the treatment by their foot taking all the drugs in. After the experiment was done it was a success and mosquitoes were infecting humans anymore. I say this is a great way to prevent illness, especially since malaria is such a killer disease that has killed millions.

    This seems like a genius way to cure some diseases. Scares me though cause i dont like insects.

Acid Zone in Chesapeake Bay Found

     According to the University of Delaware, the Chesapeake Bay is becoming acidic as it has gone to 7.4 pH from an average of 8.2. The oxidation of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide may be the factor that is leading to the higher acidity levels in coastal oceans, but it can eventually lead to more of open oceans. Naturally the waters of the Chesapeake Bay have a regulatory system that holds back the increase of acidity levels in the area, and this works as the dissolving of living shells, non-living aragonite, and calcite minerals.
