New Material That Follows Sunlight

Scientists have created a new piece of technology called SunBOT. SunBOT may have a major impact in the fight against climate change because of it's ability to track sunlight all day. This technology will allow for an even more efficient way to produce energy compared to traditional ways. Hopefully if this technology can be produced on a larger scale it will help stop climate change.

I think the invention of SunBOT is a major leap forward in our progress of trying to combat climate change. It is remarkable that scientists have an invented a way to produce energy in such an efficient manner. As long as the technology is used correctly this invention will be revolutionary.

    I agree with you, the climate change issue needs to be addressed and this seems like the perfect way ti help fix the problem and in the most efficient way possible.

Acid Zone in Chesapeake Bay Found

     According to the University of Delaware, the Chesapeake Bay is becoming acidic as it has gone to 7.4 pH from an average of 8.2. The oxidation of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide may be the factor that is leading to the higher acidity levels in coastal oceans, but it can eventually lead to more of open oceans. Naturally the waters of the Chesapeake Bay have a regulatory system that holds back the increase of acidity levels in the area, and this works as the dissolving of living shells, non-living aragonite, and calcite minerals.
