Biased current event

My article states that global warming is still happening and we need to be more conservative to stop it. Most articles on global warming are highly opinionated due to the fact that there are multiple sides that can be taken on this issue. My article says that global warming can only be stopped if people care about it enough to take action. Other opinions like this one are made throughout the length of the article.

    I agree that this article may be written from a biased point of view. Because it is written in the opinion section of the newspaper, the author probably is not focused on being unbiased, but rather just getting his opinion voiced.

    Global Warming is a topic that is bound to have some sort of biased opinion in it. I agree with Ashleigh when she says it is going to be written biased because it is in the opinion section of the newspaper.

Acid Zone in Chesapeake Bay Found

     According to the University of Delaware, the Chesapeake Bay is becoming acidic as it has gone to 7.4 pH from an average of 8.2. The oxidation of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide may be the factor that is leading to the higher acidity levels in coastal oceans, but it can eventually lead to more of open oceans. Naturally the waters of the Chesapeake Bay have a regulatory system that holds back the increase of acidity levels in the area, and this works as the dissolving of living shells, non-living aragonite, and calcite minerals.
